About the team

The Syndicated Loan Servicing team delivers end-to-end loan servicing activities along with comprehensive fund accounting and investor servicing for clients originating and investing in commercial and term loans, including the administration of loan pools and credit funds.

What you will be doing





As the primary point of contact,
- Oversee daily transaction processing and reporting activities for assigned borrower‑side credit fund clients, including multi‑fund, multi‑currency, and multi‑strategy facilities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving complex operational issues through detailed analysis and close coordination with internal teams, onshore counterparts, and external stakeholders
- Process and review borrow and prepayment trades within core systems, ensuring accurate booking and timely settlement
- Manage contract maintenance, rollover processing, and rate updates to ensure accurate interest and facility calculations
- Perform wire booking and setup activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to control standards
- Execute and review monthly and quarterly interest accruals across multiple funds and facilities
- Monitor and resolve daily position breaks and reconcilia
