We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students toward the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM.

Explain course features, fees, payment options, and batch schedules.

Coordinate student interviews, counseling sessions, and enrollment processes.

Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring excellent student experience.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, telesales,



or customer relationship management.

Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.

Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in an education institute, coaching center, or EdTech company.

Knowledge of career counseling and student guidance.
