Job Summary:
Responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, taxation support, reconciliations, and financial documentation for clients of a Chartered Accountant firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for clients
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payment transactions
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records:
- Assist in GST return preparation and filing
- Handle bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and financial statements
- Assist in preparation of income tax returns and tax-related documentation
- Coordinate with clients for accounting data and required documents
- Perform bookkeeping using Tally / accounting software:
- Assist in audit and tax audit documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and account statements
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records
- Support the CA and senior team members in taxation and compliance assignments

Skills Required:




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic taxation:
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel:
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and client coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or CA firm
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered

Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a CA firm / accounting consultancy:
- Exposure to GST returns, TDS returns, income tax, audits, and multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of accounting software and e-filing portals is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
