This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding how businesses operate and wants to play an active role in enabling growth not merely reviewing contracts.

Role Purpose

To provide proactive legal, regulatory, and commercial support across all business functions while ensuring that organisational growth is supported by strong legal governance, risk management,



and compliance frameworks.

The role will act as a bridge between legal requirements and business objectives, enabling informed decision-making while protecting the organisation’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Commercial Legal Support
- Serve as a legal business partner to Software Development function, Sales, Product GTM, Marketing, Finance, HR, Procurement, Alliances, and Leadership teams.
- Provide practical legal guidance on business initiatives, strategic decisions, and commercial transactions.
- Translate business requirements into legally sound and commercially viable solutions.

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Alliances
- Support enterprise sales teams in structuring commercial engagements.
- Review, negotiate, and draft customer agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, channel agreements, alliance agreements, and technology licensing arrangements.
