We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Writer to own our digital brand voice. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our organic social media growth and long-form content strategy. You’ll be responsible for brainstorming, creating, and publishing high-impact content across multiple platforms while keeping our community engaged and growing.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience in the comments and DMs to foster a loyal community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engagement, growth, reach) and pivot strategies based on data insights.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience:



0-1 years of experience managing social media platforms and writing content for a brand.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating social media posts, copywriting, and/or published long-form articles.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts algorithms and best practices.
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion.
- Soft Skills: Impeccable grammar, a sharp wit, strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
