Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and false ceiling works.
- Ensure finishing activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants for smooth execution of works.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper workmanship, alignment, level, dimensions, and surface finishes.
- Prepare daily work schedules and monitor progress against project timelines.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment at site.
- Identify and resolve site-level finishing issues, defects,



and coordination conflicts in a timely manner.
- Maintain quality inspection records, checklists, measurements, and work completion reports.
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities and ensure all finishing defects are rectified before handover.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, approved method statements, and project quality and handover procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
