We’re looking for a sharp and driven Accountant & Operations Executive to join us full-time in Pune. While accounting will be your core focus, this is not a typical back-office role. You’ll be part of the core team helping build one of India’s most exciting consumer brands — and will get to work across finance, ecommerce operations, fulfilment, and client coordination.If you’re someone who thrives on numbers but also loves rolling up your sleeves to get things done, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
Manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, and statements
Handle GST filings, TDS, reconciliations, and compliance
Manage and track stock movement — stock in, stock out
Oversee order booking and fulfilment across ecommerce channels (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, Zepto, etc.)
Book and manage shipping data & follow up with logistics partners
Coordinate with clients and fulfilment centres for smooth operations
Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
Be an active part of building better processes across finance and ops
What we’re looking for:
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Experience with accounting software Tally
Comfortable handling ecommerce operations (prior experience is a plus)
Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to take ownership and work independently
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
A curious, sincere, and committed attitude — someone excited to be part of a fast-growing brand
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
