Job Title:Backroom In-Charge OR Retail Operations Executive

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Oversee daily backroom operations including stock receipt, storage, tagging, and replenishment.

∙ Ensure timely and accurate inventory management and documentation.

∙ Support the sales floor team with product availability and quick turnaround of requests.

∙ Coordinate deliveries and product assembly at customer locations, ensuring high service standards.

∙ Maintain a clean, organized, and protected backroom area as per store SOPs.

∙ Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

∙ Liaise with warehouse/logistics partners and internal teams for smooth inventory flow. ∙ Assist in managing returns, damaged items

∙ Manage and process customer orders placed online or for in-store pickup,



ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth coordination with store teams.

∙ Monitor stock levels and proactively raise inventory requests to the warehouse based on store requirements and sales trends.

Requirements:
∙ Prior experience (2+ years) in retail operations, inventory handling, or store backroom management preferred.

∙ Physically fit to handle movement of stock and occasional product assembly.

∙ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

∙ Basic knowledge of POS systems and Excel is a plus.

∙ Customer-centric attitude and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
