Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural, landscape, and infrastructure drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop detailed working drawings, Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate project documentation.
- Maintain drafting standards, drawing accuracy, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Update drawings based on design changes, site feedback, and client requirements.
- Organize and manage drawing files and documentation efficiently.
Required Skills:
- AutoCAD (mandatory) with strong drafting proficiency.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting standards, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with government drawing formats and submission requirements is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience (Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills are encouraged to apply).
