Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural planning, concept designs, and detailed working drawings.
- Design and develop government buildings, public spaces, and urban development projects.
- Create high-quality presentation drawings, 3D visualizations, and client presentation materials.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and technical submissions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong design visualization and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of architectural planning and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of the National Building Code (NBC), building bye-laws, and government projects is preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0-2 years of professional experience (Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
