Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in software testing, with at least 5 years focused on test automation using Java and any Test tool
- Skills: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Requirement AnalysisUnderstand and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents. Identify testable components and clarify ambiguities with stakeholders.




- Test PlanningCreate a detailed test plan outlining scope, objectives, resources, schedule, and risk mitigation. Decide on testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.).
- Test Case DesignWrite clear, comprehensive, and reusable test cases and test scripts. Ensure coverage for positive, negative, edge, security, and boundary scenarios.
- Defect Reporting & TrackingLog defects with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Regression TestingRe-test after fixes to ensure no current issues are introduced. Maintain regression test suites

Framework Developmeent/Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium
- Acquire client requirements; resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
- Utilize automated testing tools to perform testing
