Job Purpose

The AI Automation Trainee will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI-powered automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and process accuracy across the organization. The role provides hands-on exposure to AI technologies, workflow automation, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and analyzing business processes suitable for automation.
- Help collect, organize, and maintain data required for AI and automation projects.
- Monitor automation performance and report issues or improvement opportunities.
- Participate in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities.




- Stay updated on emerging AI, automation, and digital technologies.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, databases, and digital tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn recent technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
