Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Manager who can manage end-to-end digital marketing activities including content creation, social media management, lead generation campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Content & Design
- Design marketing creatives, posts, banners, and promotional material using Canva and other design tools:
- Use AI tools for content generation, marketing automation, and campaign optimization

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand building:
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and SEO activities:
- Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer engagement and lead nurturing

Branding & Customer Engagement
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms:
- Develop strategies for brand awareness, customer connect, and digital visibility:
- Create and publish blogs,



case studies, and thought leadership content

Campaign Monitoring & Analytics
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools:
- Monitor website traffic, leads, and campaign ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and conversion rates

Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, website updates, and marketing initiatives:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and AI-based marketing solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field:
- 2-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience:
- Strong experience with Canva, AI tools, and content marketing:
- Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing:
- Good knowledge of lead generation strategies and digital branding:
