Role: US IT Recruiter - State Client Experience

Location: Remote

Are you a driven recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding the right talent at scale? We are looking for an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in State Government client hiring and high-volume recruitment environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions supporting US State Government clients
- Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements and timelines- Handle high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality and compliance standards- Ensure adherence to state-specific hiring guidelines, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter




- Proven experience working with State Government clients (mandatory)- Experience in high-volume hiring and fast-paced delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Dice, etc.)

Preferred Skills
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Knowledge of state hiring processes, rate cards, and compliance documentation
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities
