Job Title: Plant/Factory Manager

Location:Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Company Overview:
AquaSolve Construction Chemicals Pvt Ltd is a leading provider in the construction chemicals industry, specialising in waterproofing solutions, wall-care products, tile-care solutions, and flooring materials.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production and dispatch schedules, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of the facility with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Prepare, analyse, and issue production and performance reports to track key metrics and identify areas for optimisation.
- Collaborate with vendors to efficiently procure raw materials through the timely placement of purchase orders.




- Maintain effective and regular communication with all stakeholders on the client's side to address their production and dispatch needs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimise equipment downtime and maximise efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants, particularly in the construction chemicals sector.
- Proven ability to lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:
- total work: 5 years (required)
- Manufacturing management: 3 years (preferred)
