Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, direct marketing, references, and networking activities

Promote and explain company plotting projects to prospective customers and investors

Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-up with potential clients

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners

Coordinate with internal teams for customer support, documentation, and sales processes

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local marketing activities

Use CRM systems for lead management and customer tracking

Utilize modern AI tools and digital platforms to improve sales productivity

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic attitude

Basic computer knowledge





Knowledge of CRM software/tools preferred

Awareness and willingness to use AI-based productivity tools

Experience in real estate, finance, insurance, or sales will be an advantage

Freshers with confidence and good communication skills are welcome to apply
