Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDE) to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate recent business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Engage with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, landscape consultants, and commercial clients.
- Qualify leads and maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Conduct cold calls and business development activities to generate new leads.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Provide quotations and product recommendations.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Site Visits & Client Meetings
- Visit customer sites when required.
- Meet architects, designers, builders, and project consultants.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations.
- Represent Studio Palasa professionally during meetings and events.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer payments.
- Coordinate with Operations and Prod
