Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and achieve regional sales targets for fire protection systems, fire pumps, AMC services, maintenance contracts, and industrial safety solutions.




- Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, infrastructure projects, warehouses, pharmaceutical companies, chemical industries, data centers, hospitals, educational institutions, and other industrial sectors.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, field visits, and site surveys to understand client requirements and recommend suitable fire protection and safety solutions.
- Build strong relationships with plant heads, project managers, maintenance managers, procurement teams, consultants, architects, MEP contractors, EPC contractors, and decision-makers.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and smooth project delivery.
- Generate leads through networking, industrial visits, consultant
