Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, draft, and review letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, personal and official documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working directly with senior executives or Managing Directors.
- Knowledge of business correspondence and corporate etiquette.
- Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40000 per month (Based on experience)
