Job Summary

The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare customer invoices and vendor payment schedules.

Statutory Compliance
- Assist with GST, TDS, Skilled Tax,



and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support timely filing of statutory returns.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors when required.

Billing & Payments
- Generate invoices and payment requests.
- Track customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Process vendor payments after verification and approvals.
- Maintain accurate payment records.

Inventory & Documentation
- Reconcile inventory with purchase and sales records.
- Verify purchase bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Support preparation of MIS reports.
- Assist management with financial data and analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.

Payroll Support
- Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance, reimbursements
