About Us Rajaswi Group is a multi-vertical enterprise spanning specialty chemical manufacturing (white pigment paste for têxtile screen printing) and a landmark private construction project featuring a UK-designed neoclassical residence built in natural sandstone. We're scaling both businesses simultaneously and need someone to bring order to the process.

About the Role We're hiring a Chief of Staff to the Promoter's Office to manage hiring pipelines and vendor/machine evaluations across our chemical manufacturing and construction verticals. You'll coordinate directly with British architectural consultants, formulation scientists, CAs, financial advisors, and our Sales Manager overseeing the existing business — without holding final decision authority on any of it. Your job is to filter, structure, and prepare everything before it reaches the Promoter.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines across multiple technical and operational roles
- Track and organize vendor quotes, machine trials, and equipment evaluations




- Coordinate directly with British architectural consultants, scientists, CAs, financial advisors, and the Sales Manager
- Maintain organized records of interviews, correspondence, and technical documentation

Requirements:
- 3+ years in operations, executive support, or owner's-office roles (family business or industrial group experience preferred)
- Fluent, professional written and spoken English — you will correspond directly with international consultants
- Strong organizational and process-management skills
- Comfortable learning technical material across unrelated domains (chemistry, construction/architecture)
- High discretion and integrity; comfortable enforcing process discipline
