Stores Executive to manage day-to-day site stores operations for our Ensaara Metro Park integrated residential township project in Nagpur. In this role, you will oversee inventory management, handle material receipts/issuances, maintain exact ERP logs, and ensure safety compliance across the store floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site stores operations, handling the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of construction materials and consumables.
- Prepare daily Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, return slips, and material indents within the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and an online stock ledger while enforcing a FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
- Monitor material consumption, maintain minimum stock levels, and conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, and Accounts departments, as well as suppliers/job workers, to ensure a smooth material flow.
- Enforce safety norms within the store area,



including monitoring loading/unloading activities and instructing laborers and drivers on safe site movement.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; a Diploma or Certification in Material Management or Inventory Management is preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in site stores operations.
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in residential real estate projects, large-scale townships, apartments, villas, or plotting developments is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and solid inventory documentation practices.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
