ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Operations Specialist to operationalize and sustain an enterprise-wide Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and continuously improve the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework.
- Drive CMDB governance, certification, and audit readiness activities.
- Ensure CMDB data quality through Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance (3Cs).
- Manage onboarding of Business Applications, Application Services, Technical Services, and related CSDM entities.
- Establish and monitor CMDB health KPIs and data quality metrics.
- Support Service Mapping, Discovery, integrations, and relationship governance.
- Define and enforce CI ownership, certification, and lifecycle management processes.
- Lead remediation initiatives for stale, orphaned, duplicate, and non-compliant CIs

Required Skills:




- 5+ years of ServiceNow CMDB experience.
- Strong understanding of CSDM 4.x/5.x concepts.
- Experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, IRE, CMDB Health, and Data Manager.
- Robust knowledge of ITIL/SACM processes.
- Experience in CMDB governance, audits, and operational support.

Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CIS-Discovery / CIS-ITSM certification.
- Experience with LeanIX, APM, ITOM, or HAM/SAM integrations.

Exposure to large enterprise CMDB transformation programs
