Counseling
- Counsel prospective clients/students regarding available services, courses, or programs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Address queries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate admissions or enrollments.
Telecalling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
- Follow up on inquiries generated through phone calls, websites, social media, or marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into admissions, appointments, or sales opportunities.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in reception, counseling, telecalling,
customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
