Position Overview:
We are seeking a Vice President to lead our content management function. The Senior Content Manager leads governance and optimization of proposal content across AI-enabled proposal platforms (Loopio and other tools). This player/coach role manages team members, maintains content, implements content strategy, establishes governance standards, drives adoption of proposal technology, and helps ensure AI-powered response generation produces accurate, compliant, and high-quality outputs.

- Manage vendor relationship

Content Strategy
- Implement content management process and governance standards
- Refine established taxonomy and metadata frameworks
- Implement content lifecycle policies
- Reduce duplication across repositories
- Improve content discoverability

AI Enablement
- Optimize content for large language model retrieval
- Implement best practice standards in support of AI-ready content
- Monitor AI response quality

Platform Administration
- Serve as business owner for Loopio
- Configure folders, permissions and workflows
- Evaluate, test and implement recent platform capabilities
- Partner with IT SMEs to manage integrations
- Support system enhancements
- Develop reporting dashboards
