Plan and implement the nursing curriculum.
- Prepare academic timetable and clinical postings.
- Supervise teaching and clinical training.
- Allocate duties and monitor faculty performance.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and academic progress.
- Coordinate clinical training with hospitals.
- Conduct and monitor internal assessments and examinations.
- Maintain academic, faculty, and student records.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratories and equipment.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and academic activities.
- Promote research and career development.
- Address student and faculty concerns.
- Ensure compliance with nursing council and university requirements.
- Maintain quality standards and prepare for inspections/accreditation.
- Coordinate with the Principal, management, faculty, students, and clinical institutions.
- Ensure overall smooth functioning of the nursing department.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
