- Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and performance testing
- Develop robust automation scripts using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber (BDD)
- Build and manage API automation frameworks using Rest Assured, Postman, or equivalent tools
- Execute and maintain functional, regression, system, and integration test suites
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback cycles
- Debug,



troubleshoot, and optimise automation scripts to improve stability and execution efficiency
- Perform non-functional testing (performance, reliability, scalability) where applicable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded across the SDLC
- Continuously enhance test coverage, frameworks, and testing strategies in an Agile environment
- Develop utilities, mocks, and reusable components to support automation frameworks
- Assist in backend/service-level development using Java/Spring Boot
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes
- Support CI/CD pipeline enhancements and implement automated quality gates
