Job Summary:
Responsible for project planning, quantity estimation, billing, cost monitoring, and progress tracking to ensure timely and efficient execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify client and contractor bills
- Perform quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis
- Monitor project progress and prepare planning schedules
- Coordinate with site teams for work measurements and billing documentation
- Track project costs, budgets, and resource utilization
- Prepare MIS reports, project status reports, and billing summaries
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements
- Support project managers in planning and execution activities

Skills Required:
- Solid knowledge of billing, estimation, and project planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel,



MS Project, or Primavera
- Understanding of BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination and communication abilities

Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in billing, planning, and project execution

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and contract management

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
