Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior CI/CD Engineer for a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) in the USA. Our client is a company that provides a wide range of IT services, including software development, Salesforce solutions for B2C and B2B, and CRM.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or CI/CD.
- 5+ years of experience in designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Git.
- Experience with such technologies as: Docker; Kubernetes/Red Hat OpenShift; Terraform; Ansible; Python/Bash/PowerShell/Groovy; Prometheus; Grafana;Splunk.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and effective software delivery.
- Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Plan and implement deployment strategies, including Blue-Green and Canary deployments,



to minimize downtime and deployment risks.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters in production environments.
- Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
- Manage secrets and enforce security and compliance through Secret Management and Policy-as-Code practices.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and automated rollback mechanisms to ensure high system availability and reliability.
