Are you an experienced retail-sales professional who knows how to understand customers, recommend the right products and create an exceptional showroom experience?

North Willow Consulting is hiring 10 Senior Sales Executives for a renowned multinational furniture retail brand.

Locations: Hiland Park | Naktala | Thakurpukur | Rajarhat | Uttarpara | Sodepur
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month + attractive sales incentives
Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail sales
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Age: Below 30 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Drive showroom sales and contribute to overall business objectives
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Handle product enquiries, negotiations and sales conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery




- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from enquiry to purchase

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Robust showroom and retail-sales experience
- Excellent communication in Bengali, Hindi and English
- Customer relationship, negotiation and closing skills
- Professional, presentable and well-groomed personality
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Ability to perform effectively in demanding business situations
- Working knowledge of MS Office

IMPORTANT WORKING CONDITIONS

Showroom timing: 10:30 AM-8:30 PM
Working hours may extend while customers are being attended to.
Weekly off: Any one day between Monday and Friday
There are no individual sales targets; performance is evaluated against overall showroom business objectives, customer satisfaction and team contribution.
