Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Drive sales, productivity, and profitability by achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Monitor store KPIs, including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, ASP, and Footfall.




- Ensure effective inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Execute visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and implement action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven leadership experience in retail store management.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
