Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Amazon Account Manager to manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimize product listings, monitor sales, manage inventory, and support Amazon advertising activities.

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Lunch Break: 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and daily operations.
- Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, and variations.
- Monitor ASINs, SKUs, product rankings, Buy Box, reviews, and account health.
- Manage FBA/FBM inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Track orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer issues.
- Monitor Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising performance.
- Analyze ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions, and sales.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.
- Handle Amazon Seller Support cases and account-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the SEO, content, graphic design, sales, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of products, campaigns, inventory, and account activities.

Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Understanding of FBA and FBM.
- Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and Amazon SEO.
- Understanding of Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Amazon account management/e-commerce preferred.
- Experience with international Amazon marketplaces such as USA, UK, Canada, UAE, or Australia will be an advantage.
