Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination
- Welcome patients and ensure a pleasant experience from arrival to departure.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and treatment schedules.
- Explain appointment timings, pre-operative and post-operative instructions as directed by the clinical team.
- Maintain effective communication with patients regarding treatment plans, recalls, and pending appointments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.
Clinical & Laboratory Coordination
- Coordinate with dental laboratories for crowns, veneers, aligners, dentures, implant components, and other laboratory work.
- Track laboratory cases to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate case deadlines and special instructions between the dentist and laboratory technicians.
- Verify receipt and dispatch of laboratory work.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Register current patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Maintain appointment calendars for doctors.
- Manage patient documentation and consent forms.
- Prepare invoices, receive payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records at all times.
- Assist in maintaining clinic reports and daily administrative records.
Communication & Customer Service
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Build positive relationships with patients and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Handle patient concerns courteously and escalate issues appropriately when required.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding routine office requirements.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock of stationery and front-office supplies.
- Coordinate deliveries and vendor visits.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure the reception area remains neat, organised, and welcoming.
- Assist doctors and clinical staff with administrative support whenever required.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive
