About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Manage Civil, Interior, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, and Finishing activities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and proactively identify design or execution issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs, billing milestones, variations, and change orders.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues arising during project execution.




- Lead project review meetings and prepare project progress reports and MIS for management.
- Manage subcontractor performance, work quality, and contractual compliance.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials and equipment.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support project closure, snag clearance, documentation, and final handover.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out project execution.
- Sound understanding of Civil, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
- Budgeting, cost control, and commercial management.
