About the Job:




The purpose of this role is to identify training needs and conduct trainings and support ‘Quality Support Program’ and ‘Satya Bharti Schools Program’ with the state team.

Qualification and Experience Required:
- B.Ed. (Preferably) + Post Graduation
- Around 10-12years of experience in teaching/teachers’ training/ teachers’ mentoring.

Key Responsibility Area:
_Quality Support Program-_
- Training Need Assessment in the designated area (State / District/ Block Level)
- Identify gaps based on feedback from Project Head/Project Coordinators/Regional Head.
- Propose solution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C.;
- Planning & deployment of district level training for teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar)
- Pedagogical/skill based training
- Leadership training of Head of schools
- Other selected scholastic/co-scholastic training
- School Visit and on the job support to the teachers and ac
