About the Role:

Meru International School is expanding with the launch of its third campus at Gopanpally. We are seeking a dynamic and high-impact Sr. Manager / Assistant General Manager (Marketing & Admissions) to lead this critical growth phase.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end campus launch strategy, from brand building and market penetration to admissions conversion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campus Launch & Strategy

- Develop and execute a comprehensive 90-day campus launch plan
- Drive market seeding, brand visibility, and positioning strategies
- Establish a strong foundation for admissions success

2. Team Leadership

- Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing admissions team within 60 days
- Set clear performance goals and ensure consistent team productivity
- Build a culture of accountability and excellence

3. Marketing Execution (360)

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across:
- ATL: Print, Outdoor, Radio
- BTL: Events, Activations, Open Houses
- Digital: Meta, Google Ads, SEO




- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI

4. Admissions & Revenue Ownership

- Own the entire admissions funnel from lead generation to conversion
- Drive enrolment targets with a goal of 80% seat fill rate for the first intake
- Leverage CRM tools to track, analyze, and improve conversion metrics

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- At least 3+ years in Education or Ed-Tech sector
- Proven track record in launching a new campus/product line from scratch
- Robust analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared or Salesforce
- Excellent leadership, communication, and execution capabilities
