Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries and pleadings;
- Monitors and obtains discovery responses;
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;




- Develops cases by preparing and forwarding Summonses and Complaints;
- Prepares and files discovery requests and prepares responses to opposing counsel;
- Drafts litigation documents and generates status reports.

Skills Required:

- Drafting legal documents such as Summons and Complaints, Verified Bill Particulars, Motions, etc.;
- Carrying out legal research and preparing legal drafts;
