Job Brief: Sr. Jewellery Consultant

Role Overview

We are hiring Sr. Jewellery Consultant who are passionate about luxury, diamonds, and delivering elevated customer experiences. As Sr. Jewellery Consultant, you will guiding clients with knowledge, empathy, and professionalism. You will play a key role in initiating conversations, understanding client preferences, and ensuring every interaction converts into lasting relationships and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Jewellery Consultant to customers provide product education, styling advice, and personalised service.
- Engage walk-in customers, initiate meaningful conversations, and guide them through the product journey.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets through consultative selling and upselling techniques.
- Deliver a luxury in-store experience through impeccable grooming, brand presentation, and courteous behaviour.
- Maintain display standards, product tagging, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and build a loyal customer base.
- Handle basic store operations such as billing,



stock entry, and client feedback logging.
- Participate in team training, product workshops, and seasonal promotions.

Who You Are 5-10 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury jewellery or high-end fashion retail.

- Fluent in English
- Polished communication skills, strong sense of presence, and client-handling maturity.
- Target-driven, team-oriented, and committed to exceeding customer expectations.
- Passionate about diamonds, lifestyle, design, and storytelling.
- Willing to work weekends and festive periods with versatile scheduling.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Business, Retail, Fashion, or Marketing streams).
- Additional certifications in Gemmology, Retail Sales, or Jewellery Design will be a plus.
