We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in Real Estate / Residential Projects to lead interior design from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept designs, layouts, presentations & detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors & project teams.
- Review design, materials, finishes, BOQs and working drawings.
- Ensure designs meet quality, functionality, aesthetics & project timelines.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams.
- Manage design changes and resolve site-related design issues.
- Ensure smooth execution from design development to handover.

Requirements 6–10 years of experience in Real Estate / Residential Interior Design

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office

Experience in high-end residential / luxury real estate projects preferred

Solid design, coordination & presentation skills

Good understanding of materials, finishes and site execution

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
