Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading visual design initiatives that support LegalWiz.in’s brand and marketing objectives. This role involves conceptualizing and creating graphics for digital and print media, including social media creatives, website assets, presentations, brochures, and campaign materials. The Sr.

Designer will develop and refine branding elements, design logos and icons, and ensure consistent use of typography, color, and visual styles across all communication channels. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, product,



and content teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual concepts, managing multiple design projects, and maintaining high creative standards. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, preparing final artwork files, and staying current with design trends and best practices relevant to professional services and tech-enabled platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating professional, high-impact visual work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving brand identities across digital and print channels.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles, ensuring clear, readable, and aesthetically consistent designs.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience designing for digital marketing, websites, social media, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and guide junior designers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment is an advantage.
