About Us

Jaipur Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (JGS) is a Jaipur-based e-commerce Service Provider Network (SPN). We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive who can independently manage both recruitment and HR operations functions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile Sr. HR Executive with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment as well as HR operations — including payroll assistance, statutory compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask across talent acquisition and operational HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and bulk hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions on time
- Conduct interviews and assist in candidate evaluation

HR Operations

- Assist in payroll processing and coordination with the finance/payroll team




- Handle ESI and PF registrations for new employees
- Manage employee exit formalities, including full & final settlement coordination
- Conduct induction and onboarding for recent joiners
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance trackers
- Plan and organize employee engagement events and activities

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment/sourcing processes
- Working knowledge of payroll, ESI, and PF processes
- Good understanding of onboarding and exit formalities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Prior experience in a similar generalist HR role, preferably in e-commerce or a fast-paced setup
