GoForSys Technologies is an IT services and technology company delivering digital solutions to businesses. We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer who can create high-quality visual content for our brand, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and technology-related projects.

We are specifically looking for a candidate who has 5–6 years of professional experience, preferably within an IT company, software company, SaaS organization, or digital/technology environment.

Job Overview The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent visual communication abilities, and experience creating designs for websites, social media, digital marketing, presentations, branding, and IT/technology businesses.

The candidate should be able to independently understand design requirements, develop creative concepts, and deliver polished designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Develop website banners, landing page graphics, blog visuals, infographics, and promotional creatives.
- Create professional presentations, company profiles, brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral.
- Develop graphics that communicate complex IT, software, SaaS, and technology concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Work closely with the Marketing, SEO, HR, Business Development, and Development teams to understand design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Create designs for recruitment campaigns, company announcements, events, festivals, and employer branding.
- Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.




- Edit and enhance images, photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Convert concepts and briefs into visually appealing designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, branding, social media, and digital marketing trends.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery.

Required Skills
- 5–6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Previous experience in an IT company, software company, SaaS company, technology company, or digital agency is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other modern design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Experience designing website and digital assets.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has 5–6 years of relevant professional experience.

- Can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Has a creative mindset and strong visual sense.
- Can understand business requirements and convert them into effective designs.
- Is comfortable working with multiple departments and handling multiple projects.
- Can work in a fast-paced IT environment and meet deadlines.

Education
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
