Role Description The Sr.

Freight

Broker is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing the full brokerage cycle from sourcing carriers to closing freight deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating rates with carriers, matching loads with available capacity, and coordinating dispatch to ensure on-time pickup and delivery. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with shippers and carriers, resolving service issues, and providing proactive updates to customers. The Sr.

Broker will also manage key accounts, analyze lane performance and margins,



and collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, including rate negotiation and load matching.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching skills, including coordinating schedules and monitoring shipment status.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including maintaining and growing shipper and carrier accounts.
- Proven experience in domestic or international freight brokerage or logistics operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple loads, and make decisions under time constraints.
- Proficiency in using TMS or logistics software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, CRM).
- Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
