Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Manage Campus & walk-in Interviews
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- MIS Management
Preferred candidate profile
- SAP Successfactor is added advantage
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Preferred from Pharma/Chemical/ Manufacturing Hiring
