Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Purchase who will be responsible for verifying Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in procurement documentation, and leading the team responsible for PO creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify Purchase Orders for item details, quantity, rates, taxes, terms & delivery timelines.

- Ensure POs are prepared accurately as per approved requirements.

- Lead and supervise the team handling PO creation.

- Allocate work, monitor performance and ensure timely completion of POs.

- Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Accounts/Finance and Vendors for PO-related matters.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in POs and coordinate necessary amendments.

- Maintain proper PO records and documentation.

- Monitor pending POs, approvals and delivery schedules.





- Ensure procurement processes are followed as per company guidelines.

- Prepare regular PO and purchase-related reports for management.

- Support the team in improving the overall PO process and reducing errors.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement / PO Management.

- Solid understanding of Purchase Orders and procurement processes.

- Experience in team handling or team coordination.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.

- Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Experience in the garment, apparel, textile or trading industry will be an advantage.
