Talent Deploy is looking for a hands-on Payroll Executive who can take ownership of the payroll cycle and operate comfortably in a fast-paced staffing environment.
? Location: Marol, Andheri, Mumbai
? Experience: 2–4 years
? CTC: As per Industry Standards
⏱️ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
· End-to-end monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave and payroll input validation
· Salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements and Full & Final settlements
· PF / EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS and LWF compliance
· Payroll reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
· Payroll MIS and monthly reports
· Payroll documentation, audits and statutory requirements
· Coordination with Finance and Client HR
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
· Has 2–4 years of hands-on payroll experience
· Has independently handled payroll for a large employee base
· Understands statutory compliance — not just payroll data entry
· Is solid in Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and reconciliations
· Has worked on an HRMS / Payroll system; greytHR exposure is an advantage
· Can work accurately under monthly payroll deadlines
· Experience in Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, RPO, BPO, Retail or Facility Management will be strongly preferred.
