Job Profile :

Key Responsibilities

· Drafting, reviewing & managing agreements (License Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Renewals, Clients Agreements).

· Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, registrations, and business policies.

· Maintaining legal records and trackers related to agreements, disputes, and renewals.





· Coordinating with advocates for notices, documentation, and case follow-ups.

· Supporting due-diligence processes, internal audits, and statutory documentation.

· Handling queries related to client onboarding, security deposits, and contractual obligations.

· Managing confidential documents with discretion.

Required Skills & Experience

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Law (LLB/LLM).

· 1–3 years of experience in legal/contract management (co-working/real estate preferred).

· Strong drafting & comprehension skills.

· Basic understanding of commercial laws and contract law.

· Valuable communication skills—written & verbal.

· Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
