: HR Executive / HR Officer (Corporate Office)
Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Corporate Office- Pune
Reports To: Head HR
Key Responsibilities
1. Time & Attendance Management
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance records using HRMS/biometric systems
- Ensure accuracy in shift schedules, leave records, and attendance data
- Address discrepancies and coordinate with employees/managers for corrections
2. Payroll Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, etc.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for timely salary disbursement
- Handle payroll queries and resolve employee concerns
3. Recruitment (End-to-End)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Use job portals, social media, and consultancies for hiring
- Conduct interviews and support final selection process
- Issue offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities
4. Employee Life Cycle Management
- Handle on boarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Ensure smooth joining and exit experience for employees
5. Employee Engagement Activities
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, wellness programs, etc.)
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction
- Support internal communication and employee relations initiatives
6. Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles
- Assist in goal setting, reviews, and documentation
- Support managers and employees in performance discussions
7. Contract Labour Management
- Handle on boarding and documentation of contract employees
- Ensure vendor compliance with labour laws
- Monitor attendance, billing, and compliance of contract workforce
8. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory regulations
- Maintain records and registers as per legal requirements
- Coordinate for audits and inspections
9. Liaison with Government Authorities
- Interact with labour departments, PF/ESIC offices, and other regulatory bodies
- Handle inspections, submissions, and documentation as required
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 25 years of HR generalist experience (corporate environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience with payroll systems and HRMS tools
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
