Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare a monthly process audit, safety audit, and surprise test plan.

- Monitoring of Quality and safety observation and their closure, Prepare safety & Quality trouble analysis report.

- Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.

- Analyze data from inspections, tests, and other sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 5-9 years of experience in the auto components industry or related field.

- Robust knowledge of quality management system, process audit and root cause analysis.

- Skill of analytical thinking, Problem solving, Excel, PPT and power point.

- New business planning and documentation.

- Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) investigations.
