Senior Roll-Out Executive

Department : Brand Retail - Showroom Operations

Reporting To : Brand Retail Manager

Experience

3-5 Years

Role Summary: Lead the end-to-end roll-out, renovation and readiness of company Exclusive Stores across Gujarat. Ensure every store opens on schedule, within approved budgets and in line with company branding, visual merchandising, quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Store Roll-Out & Expansion

- Plan and execute new store openings across Gujarat
- Track project milestones and timelines for each rollout
- Ensure complete pre-opening readiness across all functions

Renovation & Brand Standards

- Manage store renovations and conduct site inspections
- Implement branding and visual-merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with Company's quality and design guidelines

Vendor & Cost Management

- Coordinate contractors, vendors and execution agencies
- Review work quality and resolve in office execution issues
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets

Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with franchise partners and showroom teams
- Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Finance, Branding and Training functions
- Align rollout plans with cross-functional requirements





Reporting, Risk & Compliance

- Maintain rollout trackers, approvals and documentation
- Monitor project risks and flag issues proactively
- Support audit readiness and compliance reviews

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to reduce rollout cycle time
- Improve execution efficiency across store openings
- Support implementation of new rollout standards and processes
- Required Skills & Competencies

Core Competencies

- Project planning and execution across multiple sites
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Retail rollout and store-readiness knowledge

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and similar design applications
- Familiarity with retail store layouts and visual-merchandising standards

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience: 3-4 years in retail expansion or store roll-out
- Industry: Consumer electronics or organized retail experience preferred
- Language: English and Hindi mandatory; Gujarati preferred
